I am originally from Dublin but living on the Dingle Peninsula for the last 30 years, since 1979 I have worked with technology initially training as a CoBOL and RPG Programmer. In 1983 I was employed by Comharchumann Forbartha Chorca Dhuibhne Teoranta in Ballyferriter as an instructor in Computer Programming and Applications, I was at the time waiting for the processing of a JE2 visa for the US having being recruited by Informatics Inc as a CoBOL Programmer. The rest is history.
